Parcoursup Zen — AI orientation for French post-bac
A French-language guidance platform that helps post-bac students navigate Parcoursup. AI matches student profiles against 23,000+ formations, tracks application deadlines, drafts motivation letters, and offers a chatbot for orientation questions.

Parcoursup is opaque and anxiety-inducing. Students lean on €1500 consultants or guess. Most guidance content online is generic, paywalled, and out of date the day the rules change.
A structured, AI-assisted flow: profile in, ranked formations out, with explainable reasoning per recommendation. A 240-case eval suite gates every prompt change. Premium tier for parents who want human review.
Numbers that moved.
Parcoursup runs once a year, lasts a few weeks, and decides where eight hundred thousand French teenagers go to university. The stakes are loud; the platform is famously not.
We worked with the founders to build the product end-to-end: profile capture, AI matching against the official formation catalogue, structured rationale on every recommendation, and a paid review tier. Anthropic Claude does the heavy lifting; an eval suite of 240 anonymised real-student profiles gates every prompt change.
The visual direction was the inverse of the platform we were softening — restrained, calm, almost spa-like. The product proves there is enough anxiety in the process already.
Let’s brew yours next.
