ReadyShortlist — vetted tech talent in 72 hours
An end-to-end product for Pakistan’s vetted tech-talent network — marketing site plus admin portal for managing candidates, employers, briefs, the candidate funnel and a 5-point vetting workflow that ships interview-ready shortlists in 72 hours.

Hiring managers were buried under 200+ applicants per role. ATS systems route by keyword and miss the best matches. Manual screening was eating 6 hours per role and producing inconsistent rankings.
A rubric-driven LLM screener: the JD becomes a structured rubric, every candidate gets a per-criterion score with quoted evidence, and the team sees a ranked list with rationale. A 380-case eval suite ships with the product.
Numbers that moved.
Recruiting is the canonical workflow LLMs were supposed to fix. In practice, most products either over-promise (full autonomy) or under-deliver (keyword search with a chatbot wrapper). ReadyShortlist wanted the honest middle.
We architected the product around a rubric: the job description is the contract, every candidate is scored against the same criteria, and the team can see the exact passage in the CV that supports each claim. No black boxes; the recruiter still decides.
Deployed on Vercel with Fluid Compute. Cold starts stay under thirty seconds even for the longest CVs, and the entire screening pipeline runs in a single Inngest workflow so a 200-applicant role finishes in minutes.
Let’s brew yours next.
